CONTENT OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM
The one-year program is organized by seminars, led by national and international consultants and professors. It is a question of identifying the problems faced by managers and developing skills and behaviors adapted to answer them, a program focused on the acquisition of technical skills (hard skills) and personal skills (soft skills).
Case studies are one of the key elements of the program, on the financial analysis, the formulation and management of the strategy, the analysis of the functions of the company and the process of decision making. Participants are immersed in real life situations and have a true corporate board, with key functions and strategic actions to implement.

ADMISSIONS
The program is open to executives with 4 or 5 years of higher education and 8 to 10 years of professional experience in decision-making positions, bilingual in English and French.
